​Un chef qui sublime vos repas avec authenticité et élégance

Originally from a small village in Burgundy, Romain grew up between his grandparents' vegetable garden and the family kitchen, lulled by the smells of simmering dishes and the rhythm of the seasons. It was there that, without him knowing it yet, his attachment to good products, authentic taste, and the simple pleasure of sharing a meal was born.

From a very early age, eating was much more than a necessity for him: it was a moment of joy, connection, and emotion. This is also what he sought to convey in his cooking: a sincere, accessible, and generous approach that spoke as much to the heart as to the taste buds.

Trained in vocational high school, Romain specialized in cooking, then obtained a specialization in pastry making, followed by a diploma in hotel and restaurant management. From the very beginning, he gained solid experience in Michelin-starred, luxury, and bistro establishments, in France and as far away as China.

He honed his skills throughout the seasons, from the South of France to the Alpine peaks, before returning to Chablis, where after a few months he landed his first position as sous-chef. He continued his career in Paris, at the Carré des Feuillants, Place Vendôme, a 2-star restaurant.


He then settled in Montreal, where he worked for more than seven years, the last four of which were spent as executive chef for Chef Daniel Boulud at the Maison Boulud restaurant at the Ritz Carlton Montreal.


Today, Romain puts this experience to work as a private chef and home chef, providing tailor-made services for clients seeking authentic, refined, and convivial cuisine. Each meal becomes a carefully designed experience, where the product, the season, and emotion take center stage.
